We build systems that use your data to do valuable work

The foundation

Every useful AI or data system depends on the same things underneath: information that's connected, documents that a machine can read, systems that talk to each other, and clear rules about who can see what.

Most of the work in getting AI to work in a business is here, not in the model. We build this first, and once it exists, everything on top of it takes less effort than the first thing did.

Numbers you can make decisions from.

Numbers you can make decisions from.

Reporting

Most organisations have the data they need. It's just scattered across systems, and pulling it together for the monthly meeting eats a day and produces something nobody fully trusts. We connect the systems, reconcile the numbers once, and set the reporting up so the same view is ready every time, without anyone rebuilding it from scratch.

The routine work, done routinely.

Automation

Every business has tasks that happen the same way every time: moving information between systems, running the same checks on a schedule, keeping records aligned across tools that don't talk to each other. These are the jobs that eat time in small pieces without anyone noticing until you add them up. We build systems that handle them quietly in the background.

Answers from your own material

Assistants

Your organisation knows more than any one person in it does. That knowledge lives in documents, decisions, policies, past work — but finding it usually means asking the right person, and that person is often busy. We build assistants that can answer questions from the organisation's own knowledge, with a link back to the source so the answer can be checked.

Systems that carry out multi-step work.

AI Agents

Some work takes several steps, several sources, and a bit of judgment along the way. Agents are systems that can handle the sequence of steps and produce a considered result — with a person reviewing before anything final happens. The system handles the sequence. The person handles the decision.

How we build these

Everything sits on the same foundation. Every engagement follows the same shape.

  1. Understand. We map the current state — the data, the systems, the documents, the way work actually moves through the organisation.
  2. Design. We set out the architecture for your environment, together with the people who'll live with it.
  3. Build. We stand up the foundation and the first working system on top of it.
  4. Deploy. The first system goes live and is used by real people. It's chosen to test every part of the foundation.
  5. Hand over. Your team takes ownership: documentation, training, and governance your leadership can easily understand.
  6. Expand. New systems on the same foundation, each faster and cheaper than the last.
  7. Manage. If you'd rather not run the estate yourselves, we can. Monitoring, tuning, adding new data sources as things change.
