Review
For organisations that know AI matters but not where it applies to them. We look at your systems, your data, your documents and the way work actually moves through the organisation, then come back with a shortlist of things worth doing and what each would take.

Build
For organisations with a use case they believe in. We build the foundation and the first working system on top of it, in production, being used by real people.

Extend
For organisations that have the foundation and want more from it. Each additional outcome draws on infrastructure that already exists, so the work is smaller each time. Common next steps are management reporting, document handling at volume, an internal knowledge assistant, or automating a process that spans two systems that don't talk to each other.

Run
For organisations that would rather not build the internal capability to look after it. We monitor it, tune it, add new data sources, and upgrade the underlying models as they change. You get the benefit of a specialist team without recruiting one.
Who we are
Concise is a Guernsey data and AI practice. We spent our first years building data infrastructure, pipelines, reporting, analytics, for organisations across the Channel Islands, and that is still the foundation of everything we do.
Point a very capable AI model at disorganised information and it will give you wrong answers with great confidence. So we start underneath: getting your data into one reliable state, making your documents readable by a machine, connecting the systems that hold them, and setting out who is allowed to see what.
That work is reusable. Once it exists, the second thing you build on it takes considerably less effort than the first, and it belongs to you, not to us
We run every engagement through the same five stages: understand, design, build, hand over, keep improving.
The technology may change from client to client. The principles & method doesn't.
